Newnan Dumpster Rental Group serves homeowners and contractors across the Newnan area from our yard at 40 GTD Loop, in a light-industrial park south of downtown Newnan. We’re not a national call center reading from a script — when you call our number, you get someone who actually works in this business and can tell you whether your project needs a 15 yard or a 30 yard, and whether your address falls inside the City of Newnan’s permit process or a different town’s entirely.
Newnan is known as the “City of Homes” for the antebellum and Victorian architecture clustered around the historic downtown courthouse square, and that older housing stock sits right alongside newer subdivisions spreading out across Coweta County. Our crew works across all of it, from tight in-town lots near the square to standard driveways throughout Newnan and the wider county, out to the unincorporated communities of Welcome, Madras, Roscoe, and Arnco Mills.
We quote jobs in plain, flat-rate language up front, we show up in the window we promise, and we treat a homeowner clearing out a garage the same way we treat a contractor running a multi-dumpster jobsite. That approach hasn’t changed as the fleet and the service area have grown.
Today the team serves Newnan and towns across Coweta County — Senoia, Grantville, Haralson, Moreland, Sargent, Sharpsburg, and Turin, along with the unincorporated communities of Welcome, Madras, Roscoe, and Arnco Mills — plus Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and Tyrone in Fayette County, Palmetto in Fulton County, and Griffin in Spalding County. We’re still a phone call, not a call center.

How We Work
Booking is meant to be simple. You call, tell us what you’re working on and where the container needs to go, and we tell you which size fits the job and when we can get it there. We ask about placement up front — driveway, yard, or public street — because that decision affects where the box sits and whether a City of Newnan street permit needs to be sorted out before delivery. See our full list of services or compare dumpster sizes before you call if it helps to look things over first.
When the dumpster arrives, our driver sets it where it does the least damage to your property and the most good for your project — boards under the rails when they’re needed, a rundown of what can and can’t go in the box, and a clear pickup date. No surprise fees buried in fine print, no upsell pitch while you’re standing in your driveway trying to finish a job.
Our Equipment & Fleet
We run roll-off trucks and a range of 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40 yard containers sized for the mix of properties across the Newnan area — tight in-town lots near the historic downtown courthouse square, standard driveways across the rest of Newnan and Coweta County, and the larger rural properties out toward Welcome, Madras, Roscoe, and Arnco Mills. Boxes are kept in working condition and matched to the job, whether that’s a small driveway cleanout or a multi-box construction site.
Values in Practice
Being licensed and insured, and confirming the right permit process when a job calls for one, isn’t a marketing line for us — it’s what keeps a customer from getting a notice about a container sitting in a Newnan street without paperwork. We handle that side of it so customers don’t have to learn a permit process just to rent a dumpster. Honest pricing means the flat rate we quote on the phone is the number on the invoice, not a lowball that grows once the box is already sitting on your property.
Part of the Community
We’re out on Newnan streets and in Coweta County’s other towns every week, which means we see the same neighborhoods, the same contractors, and often the same repeat customers — remodelers who call for every flip, homeowners who call every time they tackle another room. It’s also how we’ve learned which lots are tight, which towns want their own permit call made first, and which spring weeks tend to bring the storm-debris calls. Newnan itself took a direct hit from an EF4 tornado on March 26, 2021, and we plan our routes with that spring risk window in mind every year.
What we stand for
Six things we do not compromise on
Licensed & Insured
Fully licensed and insured for roll-off hauling in Newnan and every town we serve, so you're covered from drop to pickup.
Honest Pricing
The flat rate you get on the phone is the number on your invoice — no hidden fees added once the container is already sitting on your property.
Reliability & Speed
We show up in the window we promise, and same-day delivery is often available for jobs called in early.
Care for Your Property
Boards under the rails, careful placement, and a driver who treats your driveway or yard the way they'd treat their own.
Local & Community-Focused
A Newnan-based crew that knows Coweta County by name, not a national call center reading from a script.
Environmental Responsibility
We steer customers away from improper disposal — asbestos, e-waste, tires, and other regulated materials never just go in the box.
In the community
Part of Newnan, not just working in it
Most of our calls are for placement entirely on private property — a driveway, yard, or parking pad — and that’s unregulated everywhere in our service area; no permit needed, full stop. Where it gets specific is when a container needs to sit in a public street or sidewalk. Inside the City of Newnan, that falls under the City’s published Sidewalk Regulations — a real, confirmed governing document. What isn’t published anywhere we can find is a dumpster-specific fee, so we tell every in-city customer to call City Hall directly and confirm the current requirement before we book street placement, rather than quote a number we can’t verify.
That process is specific to the City of Newnan — it doesn’t automatically carry over anywhere else on our route. Georgia’s local government runs on counties and incorporated cities and towns only — there’s no township layer at all. On unincorporated Coweta County land — Welcome, Madras, Roscoe, and Arnco Mills — there’s no city government to fall back on, so Coweta County’s own Engineering division, part of Public Works, is the real, active permitting authority for local roads and rights-of-way in those communities.
Every other incorporated city or town we serve runs its own separate, separately incorporated municipal government with its own council or public-works office: Senoia, Grantville, Haralson, Moreland, Sargent, Sharpsburg, and Turin inside Coweta County, and Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and Tyrone in Fayette County, Palmetto in Fulton County, and Griffin in Spalding County. We don’t assume Newnan’s process applies in any of them — we point customers to that town’s own office when a job needs street placement there, and we’ll never guess a fee or office name for a town we haven’t specifically confirmed. Read our full permit guide for more detail, or call (470) 241-2574 and we’ll tell you exactly what your address needs.
